"I've visited Thiel's numerous times in the past . The staff there has always been friendly and they have never exhibited the kind of brand snobbery that is so prevalent at other dealerships. This is the first bike I've purchased there and I give Josh Mooney the highest marks for the way he handled the sale and represented Thiels. He met me in the parking lot when I pulled in on my Triumph and he was very knowledgeable of the bikes he showed me. "SAW AN ADD IN A BOOK AND NEEDED DIRECTIONS. WE CALLED AND GOT ROB. ROB BY FAR WAS THE MOST CURTIOUS PERSON I HAD TALKED TO ALL DAY. CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS A LOT TO ME. HE WAS SOSOSOSO NICE AND EVEN TOLD ME TO CALL AS WE GOT CLOSER IF WE NEEDED TO. VERY VERY NICE PERSON TO DEAL WITH. ROB HELPED US OUT WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. SHOPPING CAN BE VERY STRESSFULL, BUT ROB MADE IT VERY MUCH FUN. WE ALL JOKED AROUND A LITTLE. ROB KNEW WE HAD A LONG RIDE AHEAD OF US, HE CAME IN AND TOLD US THAT IT LOOKED LIKE WE WOULD BE HITTING SOME RAIN ON THE WAY HOME. WE THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY THOUGHTFUL. EVEN THE PARTS GUYS THAT WAS HELPING ROB WAS VERY NICE. NEVER DID WE FEEL LIKE WE WAS BEING A BOTHER TO ANYONE LIKE YOU USUALLY DO WHEN SHOPPING. MELISSA WAS VERY NICE TO DEAL WITH AS WELL. A LOT OF FINANCE PEOPLE ARE VERY JUDGEMENTAL AND SERIOUS. SHE TALKED TO US LIKE WE WERE PEOPLE. MAYBE EVERYONE IS LIKE THAT UP THERE IN YOUR PART OF OHIO, BUT IT IS NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL DOWN HERE BY CINCINNATI. WE HAVE RECOMMENDED YOU ALL TO SEVERAL PEOPLE. ALSO I WANT TO LET YOU KNOW THAT WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING AT GOLDWINGS FOR 6 MONTHS OR LONGER AND WE FEEL THAT YOU ALL GAVE US A BETTER DEAL THAN THOSE IN OUR HOME TOWN. THEY ARE SNOBBS. SO GLAD WE FOUND YOU AND THE 3.5 HR. DRIVE WAS WELL WORTH IT. AND YES "HE" GOT SOAKED ON THE WAY HOME. STILL WORTH THE DRIVE THOUGH. GIVE ROB A BIG FAT KISS AND HUG FOR US. "Wife and I came from Findlay. She knew nothing about mortorcycles, she didn't even want me to buy one. I was a bit apprehensive on how she would react to being there. We met our salesman, Collin, and he made both of us - even our 4 year old daughter, feel comfortable. Before we knew it we were sitting on various bikes and my wife was wanting me to buy her a scooter.

"Let me start off by saying that we recently bought our first bike (not from you though). We had been in the store once before. All the salespeople were extremely helpful and friendly. No pressure to buy anything, just help because we didn't know very much. However, when we tried to return something, at first they refused. We had the reciept and met all the guidelines of the return policy. My husband called and said they wouldn't accept the return. I called and spoke w/ a manager. He was very nice and said he needed to check w/ his boss. We live about 1/2 hour away. Before my husband even made it back into town, they had called back. They said that they would now take the item back. I was really upset at first, because we met all the return requirements. The problem was delt with promptly and efficently. I will reccommend Thiel's Wheels to everybody I know! Even when I was maybe not so nice (I tried), they were very nice! LOL"
