I was troubled, but hoped that getting to Thiel's I would find help. Once I arrived at Thiels, I immediately went to the Service Dept. "bOught my CVO from you. Excellent experience, but I'm writing because I had a service experience that was far beyond excellent. I called about a backrest pad that simply disintegrated where the screws go in to the pad. I was aware that I was no longer under warranty. Steve Cundiff didn't make any promises, but he didn't flat tell me sorry, you are out of warranty. He told me to bring it in to show you guys, and then he could get a better idea of whether I might have a case with Harley Davidson themselves. I was amazed at his people skills on the phone, for such a young person, especially. It would have been within parameters to simply say no dice. I went in, and he saw the fragmented pieces of the retainer brackets that had let go, despite the bike almost never riding a psassenger. I called Harley from your dealership, and simply told them that it seemed unusual that this would happen, but that I knew I had no coverage. Harley stepped up and helped me for some of the replacement, and Thiels helped me with the remainder, and i got a new pad and screws, and a new right side mount bracket and it was an example of working to insure a positive relationship going forward. I told Steve up front that I would not be upset if there were no help because I knew I was out of coverage, but you guys stepped up. It will never be forgotten.
Steve, thanks again, and to your employer--You have a great young employee on your team. He really GETS it, regarding customer service, and I told him that, regardless of how the situation would have been resolved. The bike was 31000, the pad was a couple hundred, but the experience went farther than the purchase, to insure my positive opinions of the ownership expereince. "I just bought my first bike here and I was blown away at the amazing customer service. Everybody was so nice and accomodating. I was not pressured into getting a bike i didn't feel right on no matter the price. These guys made sure i felt totally comfortable on the bike and that it felt like i had total control of it (remember, my first bike). The honda shadow 600 i bought was used, but they made sure it looked and operated like a brand new one, backing it up with a comprehensive 12 month warrantty. I dealt with big rob and small rob, and both were there to help me and i greatly appreciate it. Because of the quality of the bike and the great customer service i can tell you i have absolutely No Buyers Remorse. I definitely recommend this place!"

"Me experience was phenomenal, considering I bought my bike from Iraq. I saw it on the intenet in June. I spoke with Josh on the phone and via internet. He went out of his way to make sure it was waiting for me when I got home on leave. I got a fair price on my trade in. The bike had a known issue caused by the previous owner. The service department bent over backwards to take care of the issue (repairs were free) in a timely manner, so I could enjoy my two weeks at home with my family (and the motorcycle).
Every step of the process was as painless as possible. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff, including Erik who provided great conversation when I had to wait.
This was the first motorcycle I bought from Thiel's Wheels. I can't imagine buying elsewhere, ever again. I have had good service from other dealers, but even they can't approach the level of serrvice I expeienced at Thiell's Wheels. I can't wait to finish this tour and ride again..."

EVEN THE PARTS GUYS THAT WAS HELPING ROB WAS VERY NICE. NEVER DID WE FEEL LIKE WE WAS BEING A BOTHER TO ANYONE LIKE YOU USUALLY DO WHEN SHOPPING. MELISSA WAS VERY NICE TO DEAL WITH AS WELL. A LOT OF FINANCE PEOPLE ARE VERY JUDGEMENTAL AND SERIOUS. SHE TALKED TO US LIKE WE WERE PEOPLE. MAYBE EVERYONE IS LIKE THAT UP THERE IN YOUR PART OF OHIO, BUT IT IS NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL DOWN HERE BY CINCINNATI. WE HAVE RECOMMENDED YOU ALL TO SEVERAL PEOPLE. ALSO I WANT TO LET YOU KNOW THAT WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING AT GOLDWINGS FOR 6 MONTHS OR LONGER AND WE FEEL THAT YOU ALL GAVE US A BETTER DEAL THAN THOSE IN OUR HOME TOWN. THEY ARE SNOBBS. SO GLAD WE FOUND YOU AND THE 3.5 HR. DRIVE WAS WELL WORTH IT. AND YES "HE" GOT SOAKED ON THE WAY HOME. STILL WORTH THE DRIVE THOUGH. GIVE ROB A BIG FAT KISS AND HUG FOR US. "Let me start off by saying that we recently bought our first bike (not from you though). We had been in the store once before. All the salespeople were extremely helpful and friendly. No pressure to buy anything, just help because we didn't know very much. However, when we tried to return something, at first they refused. We had the reciept and met all the guidelines of the return policy. My husband called and said they wouldn't accept the return. I called and spoke w/ a manager. He was very nice and said he needed to check w/ his boss. We live about 1/2 hour away. Before my husband even made it back into town, they had called back. They said that they would now take the item back. I was really upset at first, because we met all the return requirements. The problem was delt with promptly and efficently. I will reccommend Thiel's Wheels to everybody I know! Even when I was maybe not so nice (I tried), they were very nice! LOL"
